Are Vyalure products suitable for sensitive skin?
Vyalure formulas are developed with comfort, skin feel, and performance in mind. Because every person’s skin is different, we recommend patch testing any new skincare product before full use, especially if your skin is sensitive, reactive, or prone to irritation.
Who are Vyalure products made for?
Vyalure products are created for people who want elevated skincare that feels refined, comfortable, and performance-focused. They are not developed around narrow categories of who skincare is “for,” but around the skin experience itself.
Are Vyalure products made for all skin types?
Vyalure products are developed with a broad range of skin needs in mind, including comfort, hydration, barrier support, and refined skin feel. Product pages provide additional guidance on which formulas may be best suited for specific skin types or concerns.
How should I introduce a new Vyalure product?
Introduce one new product at a time so your skin has the chance to adjust. Begin with a small amount, follow the product’s usage instructions, and monitor how your skin responds before adding additional new products.
Should I patch test before using a new product?
Yes. Apply a small amount of product to a discreet area of skin and observe the area before full use. If discomfort, redness, or irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Are Vyalure products fragranced?
Some Vyalure products include fragrance, while others may be fragrance-free. Product pages identify fragrance details where applicable so you can choose the experience that best fits your preferences.
What goes into Vyalure fragrances?
Vyalure fragrance blends are proprietary, which allows each scent profile to remain distinctive to the Vyalure experience. Fragrance materials are selected for cosmetic use and reviewed for the intended product type, use level, supplier guidance, and available documentation. Products containing fragrance identify it on the product page and ingredient listing.
Does Vyalure offer SPF products?
Vyalure does not currently offer SPF products. Sun protection is an important category, and Vyalure is evaluating future SPF development with the level of testing, compliance, and product performance that sunscreen requires.

Are Vyalure products vegan and cruelty-free?
Vyalure formulas are developed without animal-derived ingredients, and Vyalure does not support animal testing.
Is Vyalure pursuing third-party certifications?
Yes. Vyalure has submitted an application for PETA’s vegan and cruelty-free certification and is preparing to pursue Leaping Bunny certification. Vyalure is also evaluating material-focused certification options such as CertClean, MADE SAFE, or other standards that align with its formulation values. Certification claims will only be displayed once they are officially obtained.
How does Vyalure choose materials?
Vyalure selects materials with purpose. Each formula is developed around skin feel, performance, compatibility, and the finished product experience rather than trend-driven ingredients or unnecessary complexity.
What does Formula Integrity mean?
Formula Integrity means each product is developed with purposeful materials, refined skin feel, and performance in the finished experience. Every material should have a clear role in the formula.
What does small-batch made mean?
Small-batch production allows Vyalure to maintain closer attention to consistency, finish, and quality throughout the making process. It supports a more controlled approach to production and product review.
How should I store Vyalure products?
Store Vyalure products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Always close packaging securely after use.
Do Vyalure products have an expiration date?
Each product should be used according to the period-after-opening guidance, lot information, and product-specific instructions provided on the packaging. For best results, store products properly and avoid exposing them to excessive heat, moisture, or direct sunlight.
Can I use Vyalure products while pregnant or nursing?
If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, or managing a skin condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before introducing new skincare products.
Orders, Shipping & Returns

Where does Vyalure ship?
Vyalure currently ships within the United States and Canada. Additional shipping destinations may be added in the future. Available shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, though some orders may process sooner. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact Vyalure as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have shipped.
Can I add shipping protection to my order?
Yes. Customers may add Route Shipping Protection at checkout for additional support in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit. If selected, coverage details and claims support are handled through Route according to the protection terms shown at checkout.
What if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?
First, check the delivery location, surrounding area, household members, building staff, or neighbors. If your order included Route Shipping Protection, please follow the claim or support process provided through Route. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery details. If you still need help, contact Vyalure with your order number so we can review the shipment information and help guide next steps.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact Vyalure within 7 days of confirmed delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. If your order arrived damaged due to packaging or shipping, or if you received the wrong item, Vyalure will review the issue and may provide a prepaid return label by email.
Can I return or exchange skincare products?
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, Vyalure does not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or have had the tamper seal removed.
Unopened and untampered products may be eligible for return within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to review.
What if I ordered the wrong item?
If you ordered the wrong item, the product must be unopened, unused, and tamper-intact to be considered for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and a 5% restocking fee may apply.
What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?
Please contact Vyalure with your order number and details of the issue within 7 days of confirmed delivery. We will review the order and help resolve incorrect or missing items as quickly as possible.

The Vyalure Atelier is Vyalure’s consumer-use evaluation program. It is designed to gather participant feedback on product experience, skin feel, comfort, application, scent impression, and continued-use impressions.
Is The Vyalure Atelier a clinical trial?
No. The Vyalure Atelier is not a clinical or medical study. It is a consumer perception and product experience program designed to understand how Vyalure products are experienced in real use.
How can I apply to The Vyalure Atelier?
You can apply through the Vyalure Atelier application page. Selected participants may be invited to evaluate Vyalure products and provide feedback during the evaluation period.

Participants who complete required evaluation steps may be offered a reward choice at the end of the panel. Reward details may vary by panel and will be outlined in the participation materials.
Are photos or social media posts required?
Photo participation is optional and handled separately from product evaluation. Written permission must be obtained before sharing pre-launch product details publicly. Any permitted public mention must clearly disclose Atelier participation.
