Vyalure is committed to a refined customer experience from order placement to delivery. Please review the guidance below for processing times, shipping protection, damaged or incorrect orders, and return eligibility.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, though some orders may process sooner.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items should be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Returns

14 Days

Unopened and tamper-intact products may be eligible for return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Shipping

Shipping availability, processing timelines, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and depend on the destination, selected shipping method, and carrier performance.

Where Vyalure ships

Vyalure currently ships within the United States and Canada. Additional shipping destinations may be added in the future. Available shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

For eligible international orders, applicable duties, import taxes, and related charges may be calculated and collected at checkout when available. Additional carrier, brokerage, customs, or destination-specific charges may still apply depending on the shipment, destination, and carrier process.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, though some orders may process sooner. During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Once an order ships, delivery timing is based on the selected shipping method and carrier performance.

Order changes and cancellations

Please contact Vyalure as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to request a change or cancellation. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have shipped.

Route Shipping Protection

Customers may add Route Shipping Protection at checkout for additional support in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If selected, coverage details and claims support are handled through Route according to the protection terms shown at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, first check the delivery location, surrounding area, household members, building staff, or neighbors. If your order included Route Shipping Protection, please follow the claim or support process provided through Route.

You may also contact the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery details. If you still need help, contact Vyalure with your order number so we can review the shipment information and help guide next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility is based on product condition, timing, and whether the product remains unopened, unused, and tamper-intact.

Return eligibility

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, Vyalure does not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or have had the tamper seal removed.

Unopened and untampered products may be eligible for return within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to review.

If you ordered the wrong item

If you ordered the wrong item, the product must be unopened, unused, and tamper-intact to be considered for return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping, and a 5% restocking fee may apply.

Return shipping

If Vyalure sent the wrong item or if the order arrived damaged due to packaging or shipping, Vyalure may provide a prepaid return label by email after reviewing the issue.

If the return is due to a customer ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the eligible returned item is received and reviewed. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error with the order or an approved damage issue.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Timely reporting helps Vyalure review order issues and determine the appropriate resolution.

Reporting an order issue

Please contact Vyalure within 7 days of confirmed delivery if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box when applicable. If your order arrived damaged due to packaging or shipping, or if you received the wrong item, Vyalure will review the issue and may provide a prepaid return label by email.

7 Days

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items should be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

14 Days

Unopened and tamper-intact returns may be reviewed within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Tamper-Intact

Opened, used, or tamper-seal-removed products are not eligible for return.

Resolution review

Vyalure reviews reported order issues based on the order details, delivery confirmation, submitted photos, product condition, and timing of the request.
